Through a strategic redesign, we addressed these pain points—improving usability, clarifying messaging, and aligning content with the needs of our internal audience to drive greater engagement and adoption.

To help, I created a series of custom illustrations and artwork for promotional banners across the site. These visuals offered quick, approachable insights and expert advice to guide users through complex topics.
